These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JustRent (hereinafter the Company) and users in relation to the travel equipment rental and luggage delivery services (hereinafter the Service) operated by the Company.
1. User refers to any person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.\n2. Rental Products refers to travel equipment (strollers, cameras, Wi-Fi routers, beauty appliances, etc.) rented by the Company to users for a specified period.\n3. Luggage Delivery Service refers to the service of delivering luggage to airports, hotels, train stations, etc., upon user request.\n4. Rental Period refers to the period from the time the user receives the rental product until the time it is returned.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Any amendments will be notified in advance through service announcements.
The Company provides the following services:\n\n1. Travel equipment rental service\n2. Luggage delivery service (Airport to Hotel)\n3. Airport pickup/return service\n4. Hotel delivery service\n5. Other supplementary services as determined by the Company
1. Users place rental or delivery orders through the website or app provided by the Company.\n2. A contract is formed when the Company confirms the order and payment is completed.\n3. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock, the Company will immediately notify the user and refund the payment.
Users may pay using the following methods:\n\n- Credit card / Debit card\n- Simple payment (KakaoPay, NaverPay, etc.)\n- Bank transfer\n- Other payment methods approved by the Company
1. Rental products are delivered to the hotel, airport, or train station designated by the user.\n2. Delivery times are based on the date and time selected at order and may be delayed due to traffic.\n3. If the user does not collect the product at the designated time, a separate storage fee may be charged.
1. Users must use rental products with the care of a prudent manager during the rental period.\n2. Users are liable for repair costs or market-value compensation for intentional damage or loss.\n3. Transfer or subletting of rental products to third parties is prohibited.
1. Users must return rental products at the designated location by the end of the rental period.\n2. A late fee of 100% of the daily rental rate per day will be charged for late returns.\n3. If unreachable for more than 3 days without return, it will be considered lost and market value will be charged.
1. Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full free cancellation\n2. Within 24 hours to 12 hours before pickup: 50% refund\n3. Within 12 hours of pickup: No refund\n4. No cancellation after receiving the rental product.\n5. Full refund for product defects.
1. The cancellation and refund policy for luggage delivery applies the same as rental service.\n2. The Company will compensate for luggage damage or loss during delivery per applicable laws.\n3. Users may not include hazardous materials or valuables (cash, passports, jewelry) in luggage.
The Company shall not be liable for:\n\n1. Service interruption due to force majeure\n2. Product damage/loss due to user negligence\n3. Delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided by the user
The Company protects users personal information in accordance with applicable laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Companys location.
These Terms shall take effect from March 22, 2026.
